As of 1 October 2022, Carsten Lyngsø Thomsen is appointed President of Lantmännen Unibake. Carsten Lyngsø Thomsen succeeds Werner Devinck who is retiring 1 October 2022 after ten years with the company.

“At the same time, I am happy to welcome Carsten Lyngsø Thomsen as new President of Lantmännen Unibake. Carsten has since March 2021 held the position as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Northern & Western Europe at Lantmännen Unibake. He has extensive experience from leading positions within the food and beverage industry where he has held roles as CEO of Toms Group, Head of Lantmännen Cerealia, and Managing Director at Lantmännen Schulstad. Carsten’s deep understanding of our business and organization combined with his significant leadership experience means that he is very well placed to lead Lantmännen Unibake into the future, working in close partnership with the wider executive team in Lantmännen Unibake and Lantmännen Group,” says Magnus Kagevik.
