The organic wave is flowing through all layers of society and appeals to teenagers as well as seniors – and all in between. The impact is so rampant that it can no longer be described as a trend. It’s a conscious choice. A decision to live a more clean, balanced and healthy life that more and more make all over the world.

This naturally brings along a willingness among the customers to pay more. A survey made by Opeepl among 5,000 consumers in Denmark, Belgium, Sweden, Germany and Poland indicates quite significant numbers: 61% claim a willingness to pay at least 10% extra for organic items, and 35% are even willing to pay 25% or more for their organic items.

With an increasing demand for organic products, you need a selection of good organic bread to grow your business alongside the growing request.

It’s all about trust

When it comes to living a more clean and natural life, trust is essential. And you need to show your customers that you will help them live a life less artificial and with less impact on our surroundings.

In order to do so, you need to make sure to pick suppliers working with farmers that comply with local rules and are controlled from field to fork. Choosing what is best – not only for the customers – but also for animal welfare, nature and the groundwater. This is where trust begins.

Stay on trend with the organic movement

Because of the growing request within organic and GMO-free products, the market is growing rapidly. New products are constantly being launched, and it’s important to stay on trend to grow your sales organically.

This will be easier if you choose a supplier with great knowledge of the market who makes sure to share insights and advice on how to navigate in the organic wave and grow your business even more.
